Fixing tooth jewellery on your tooth is a purely cosmetic procedure and a decision of the individual. Zirconium exists in many colours and can be put on any tooth you wish (discrete or striking). Hygiene of the oral cavity is performed by a tooth brush and tooth paste like usual in order to prevent accumulation of tooth plaque.
